Service

AskMaldives is a Maldives-only accommodation booking intermediary. We display rates and facilitate bookings with accommodation suppliers. The accommodation contract for a confirmed stay is between you and the property (or its supplier), subject to the rate rules shown at checkout.

Accuracy

Rates and availability change quickly. We do not guarantee that a displayed rate remains available until hold and payment succeed. Descriptions and photos may be supplied by third parties.

Test bookings

While the site is in a test environment, bookings may not create real resort reservations. Do not rely on test confirmations for travel plans.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, scrape rates at scale, attempt to circumvent security, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AskMaldives is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from supplier failures. See also our disclaimer.
